Twisp cue pods
I recently purchased a polar mint and nut brittle ood the pods are still full but has a nasty burnt taste this is unacceptable. This is a ****py device and won't advise anyone to buy it

Your Cue pods are covered against any manufacturing defects regarding burnt tastes, leaking and no vapor being produced. If a pod is found to have a burnt taste, do not use the pod further, put the pod aside and on your visit to the counter have any pods found to have a burnt taste assessed and exchanged by one of our agents in store. If a pod is found to be leaking within the packing, do not open this pod, keep this aside for your next visit to the Twisp store.
