Twisp Cue nightmare
Big al I am absolutely disgusted by this product, I keep throwing money at the pods in the hope that they work, some do most do not, then I have to drive back to where I purchased them, keep receipts get a swop out if I'm lucky, drive home only to find they are faulty again!!! I am sick and tired of it. I am now considering to slam this product and company via all social media platforms. I am appalled..

With regards to your query, can you kindly let us know if the Cue pods are not activating from the get go or if it is intermittent as we have uplifted all the Cue pods nation wide and replaced them with the latest batch.
Can you kindly let us know where you have purchased your Cue pods and we would like the batch numbers of the Cue pods that is giving you issues as we will forward this information to our product team.
