Twisp cue is definitely not worth buying
The unit is easy to use, and relatively cheap device, but the problem comes when buying new pods for the device, they burn out while the liquid is halfway. Sometimes not even halfway trough and you get delighted with such a strong burn, that you might as well have a cigarette stuck in your throat. If it was mabey every 1 in 10 pods that would be fine, but out of every 4 that ive bought, atleast one is fualty, and its not like im going to drive to a Twisp store every second day to replace them, as not everyone is located so close buy that its just a quick trip, i buy my pods from the garage outlets and from clicks stores close buy. It was a great unit at first and relatively cheap to buy, but the pods are really disappointing. I will definitely have to get a more reliable brand.

We had investigated and ensured the coils in the pod was fully saturated during the course of manufacturing. We are sorry that you are still experiencing this issue and can assure you that our In-house product teams are working timelessly to resolve this matter. In the meantime, your pods do carry a warranty and can always be kept aside and replaced when visiting the kiosk for your replenishment of stock. The Cue is our current best seller on the market, if any issues arise, we can assure you that an investigation will be done into the issue and we will resolve this issue as soon as we can without taking away the quality that our customers are used too. We do appreciate your patients and understanding in the matter while we resolve this current issue.
