Twisp Cue
i have my Twisp Cue for 2 weeks i have bought 7 pods so far and 5 of the 7 pods tastes burned , 3 of them leaks so im very unhappy. I have tried to contact my nearest Twisp Shop , but there is no answer.
i got my Cue to help me smoke less , but its only making want to smoke more because of all my struggle with my Cue.

Your Cue pods are covered against any manufacturing defects regarding burnt tastes, leaking and no vapor being produced. If a pod is found to have a burnt taste, do not use the pod further, put the pod aside and on your visit to the counter have any pods found to have a burnt taste assessed and exchanged by one of our agents in store.

I find this very unprofessional.
I bought a new tabaco pod just now and guess what ... Burn taste...
How are you going to help you client twisp ?
