Twisp Cue
I have purchased three pods from 3 different suppliers this week; 1) The rebel pod purchased today, still full but tastes burnt 2) The polar mint one; leaking upon the first day of purchase and use. Thereafter started tasting burnt as well 3) A rebel pod as well, that was R 13 more than the other two purchased
This is extremely frustrating, not only expensive. I have been a twisp customer for the passed 5 years . This is my fourth twisp and was purchased due to the charger conveniency as well as the not having to change coils and clean the device like the others. However the pods ar =e turning out to be an absolute nightmare and is making my experience with this incredible device extremely unpleasant.

We have had an issue with our Cue pods tasting burnt after a few puffs. We have investigated into the matter and found that there was a problem while busy with the production of the coils for the pods. It seems that the coil was not wicking correctly which caused the burnt taste of the pods. We are busy uplifting all faulty pods and replacing them with the new pods. Kindly let us know which kiosk is the closest to you so that we can confirm if they have the new pods in stock. You will then be able to exchange any pods that are giving you a burnt taste without a proof of purchase.
