Twisp coil is stuck and cannot remove

I have owned my clearo kit since October 2015 and was told it has a warranty. I've been to 2 stores on the east rand complaining about excisive oil leaking into the battery section also the first coils and liquids I bought lasted a lot longer than the liquids and coils of late. It seems the quality has dropped badly. Go to the twisp stores no nothings wrong. No with a new 5 coil pack I recently bought I wanted to replace the coil and this isn't the first time. The coil sides broke off when trying to loosen it while he has never happened before now I cannot get the coil out tried a plier everything the thing is stuck properly. I follow the instructions as per what I was show on removing g the coils. This is bull I went the twisp way as an alternative to smoking but is ending me up costing g more and more and wheel you say anything about a warranty claim the Consultants are very quick to say nothing is wrong. I want feedback as to why the coil got completely jammed I've gone through 2 liquids already where that usually lasts me a month due to the excessive leaking of oil into the battery compartment and mouth piece but keep getting told it's normal.
