Twisp Cliq pods not working. 1/8 worked.

I bought the twisp cliq device about two weeks ago. The two pods that I received with the starter kit worked perfectly fine. I was super happy with the product since I was giving up smoking for this alternative. I bought 4 new pods. None of them worked. No vapor produced, burning sensation etc. I then returned them to the store I bought them from and received 4 new pods. Only one of the four worked. Very disappointed since its not cheap for one pod. I did everything required for the nic salts to saturate. Waited more than 3 minutes and every time the same problem occurs. Please advise
