Twisp Clearo Obsolete Waste of Money
I bought my Twisp Clearo 3 months ago - now it is obsolete and is a waste R1,000. The company no longer distributes coils, and are not available at most suppliers, as it has a new product. <br> <br> The company support indicated that some coils were still available \for a little while"at its main stores - but couldn't give me any time frame on how long I would be able to still get them.<br> <br> They undertook to get back to me (I wanted to know how long) but didn't - and the phone just rang at the support line. I called the sales department who told me they would still make coils - though the guy was not at all convincing. When I bought my e-cig I had a reasonable expectation of using it for a year - this is unacceptable."""

Thank you for contacting us again. We are aware that you did speak with one of our agents today, regarding the Clearo device.
As explained, yes the device has been discontinued, but we WILL be supplying spare parts for the device as there are still a number of customers using the device. Currently we are waiting on a shipment of stock and once this is received, we will be distributing it to the stores and trade.
As with any product that evolves and upgrades, older models do and will at some stage be discontinued along with its parts. Again, to date we are and will continue selling and having stock of spares for the Clearo device.
