Twisp Cearo2 coils are duds

I keep purchasing coils and 2 out of the 3 coil in the box are duds. Very frustrating to say the least. Why is there no quality control? Very disappointing. Between my husband and I we own 4 Twisp devices but pretty sure we will be changing our brand of choice.
