TWISP CAVENDISH SQUARE
today sunday 7th february 2016 went up to cavendish square - the square has operating hours from 10am on a sunday - went to the kiosk to buy some oil and possibly a new twist - as mine leaks all the time. we went after 10am - and the lady running the kiosk - said she could only serve as after 11am as she was not open yet. i understand from cavendish - that everyone should be open by 10am. then when she saw the look on my face - she said possibly in 20 minutes. we went back in 20 minutes - she could not sell me a new device - from some unknown reason - and also could hardly find the stock of oil that we eventually bought. i found her whole attitude very bad and this is not the 1st time we have had a bad attitude from cavendish kiosk. i really think twisp should do something about teaching their staff customer relations. they have absolutely no idea how to treat a customer. you have just lost a sale of close to R1000.00 - and obviously you don't really care - because that is the attitude i got from the young lady today.
