Twisp Brooklyn Not Paying my Refund

I'm very disappointed with the overall service received from Twisp Brooklyn and their regional manager in general. I bought myself the Twisp Vega on the 22nd November 2017. The device was faulty and I went back to the shop where they replaced the battery. A few hours later I had to go back again because the device now kept on giving me an error saying "no coil" in device. So they replaced the whole tank with the coil. By then the whole device was replaced and it worked for two days. I went back to the Menlyn branch this time because the device menu kept on freezing up the whole time intermittently, they updated the device and said everything should now be fine. Well it was still not working as it should have been.

So that's the background. On Friday the 1st November 2017 I went to the Brooklyn shop to get a refund on the device and the cumulus tank (by the way they refused to take the tank back that I bought as an add on for the device). I'm still waiting for the regional manager to contact me as he apparently needs to confirm some details with me after the lady at the shop promised me that I will get my full refund of R 999.95 (Cumulus tank excluded ofcourse) within 5 working days (This after a fight and hesitation from the shop). I must say that this was and still is such a bad experience and total lack of communication from Twisp. I already gave them my device back, but now they won't pay me my money back. Really bad staff and mediocre equipment.
