Twisp battery not working

I’ve been using a twisp since it’s launch and I’ve never had serious problems until now. The clearo two battery is honestly a waste and expense! The battery now just flashes, or doesnt go on, and now doesn’t work at all, as it’s not pulling any smoke, I have changed it twice this year because of the same issue. Its charged fully as well. It’s honestly horrible to have to keep replacing something that you haven’t damaged in the first place.
