Twisp battery and charger not working

Hi. Im so cross since I replaced most of my twisp goodies and its still giving me problems. I replaced the clearo then the battery then the charger and it still does not charge properly. Perhaps the battery is faulty and caused the charger to break. Please look on the system for proof of purchase as I dont have the slips. Im part of the loyalty program and I provide my cell number with every purchase so it must be on the system. I want it replaced so that I can use my twisp again. Im a loyal and paying customer and Im verry cross since I cant use what I've paid for. Please sort this out ASAP...if it takes too long I will have to go back to smoking cigarettes and then start all over with the quitting.
