TWISP ATROCIUS REFUND POLICY & EDGE DEVICE SUCKS

Had to return edge few days after purchase. Keeps spluttering e liquid into mouth. Poor taste. **** vaping experience. My old clearo device works far better. But twisp will not refund me in full. They insist on charging a usage fee of R375. WHICH IS ALMOST HALF THE TOTAL PRICE!! Area manager says its company policy. WORST REFUND POLICY EVER AND ******* CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. whatever happened to customer satisfaction??!! Also its not even an immediate refund. It takes a week for twisp to give you back HALF of your money even though you return 100% of the product. DO NOT BUY FROM TWISP... plain and simple. You have lost a loyal customer twisp. I will now buy a product online from the states which is far better and guess what.....i get a full no questions asked money back guarantee after 30 days.....you guys need to understand that your brand is the customers!!
