TWISP - Alternative?

I started using a Twisp back in 2014. It was fantastic! I have not had a cigarette since I bought the product for the first time, however, as with any real life story, there is a sting in the tail. Over time, the strength of the liquid has dissipated remarkably. in 2014, the "Toasted" flavour was a dark brown colour and was similar in strength to a toasted cigarette, now however it is a golden colour and no stronger than the lightest brand of cigarette. Unfortunately this just means that you use more and more of the stuff and ultimately still feel frustrated at the lack of "kick" in the product.

It is sad when owners of a successful brand look for ways to increase their margin by "stretching" the active (and often most costly) ingredients. I will probably end up changing brands or even returning to cigarettes as Twisp no longer offers a valid alternative for me.

Oh, and I must also say that the customer service department is laughable... they are so defensive that it almost feels like a government department that you are dealing with!

I have given the product a 2 star review because of the wonderful start to my experience... if I rated it simply on current form, it would have to be a 1.
