Twisp Aero batteries faulty

<p>I purchased two twisp clearo's , one edge and am perfectly happy with them , until I purchased the Aero.The first battery stopped working then i purchased another one of which straight out of the box did'nt work. Tobacco Land replaced that one and it lasted a few months, when that one broke i waited for 2 months to get it replaced and went to collect it yesterday and the new one is faulty out of the box.Do i need to wait for months to get that one replaced too ? I tried to contact customer support just now but no one answers. Please resolve my problem asap so i can retract my complaint and give a positive review based on all the other products. Please note in the year i had the aero i probably used it 3 months from all the waiting for replacements.</p>
