The Cleoro 2 coils are a disaster. I spoke to customer service over two months ago with a promise to get back to me and still nothing. I have spent a small fortune on these things, and yes generally 2 out of 3 don’t last. On top of that is this ridiculous special of buy one box get one free, which in itself is an acknowledgment of fault in the product, but there is no continuity. One week it’s free, the next week it’s not....?????the next week it’s free, the next week once again, it’s not. I feel pretty yanked around by this company sometimes. To stop with the cigarettes I want proper support. These coils should be issued free of charge until Twisp either reduce their absurd prices or make them last properly.
