Twisp
My husband and I visited the Twisp kiosk to purchase two coils and a liquid refill.The consultant handed over the coils without offering to fit one on.As we are aware that coils are guaranteed against dead on arrival only,my husband asked her to fit one on to which she rudely responded,'Whaat'?She then fit the new coil with a rather bitter attitude.Due to her lack of people skills we will not be returning to Twisp Clearwater.
