The VEGA device sucks. Bad taste after a few days of use. Bad coil design.

FYI: I started vaping years ago when the concept of vaping was in its infancy. My point is this, I'm not a newbie and I presently own more than 10 devices (diferent makes like Kangertech and Joyetech and not just one but a few different model types) if I include my wifes, we are looking at over 20 vaping devices. IOW (In Other Words) I have a lot of experience. Some people my ask: why have so many? Well I have on or sometimes 2 in my car, a few in my office and a few at home. Convenience!

When I saw Twisp's new VEGA device I remember telling my wife that it looks really cool and offers the conveniences like 'top fill' and other nice features and settings. I bought two Vega's with extra coils. They are good looking and robust, feeling the device in your hands, it exudes an air of quality and instils a degree of confidence with its nice solid feel. Well constructed, bigger batteries, bigger juice tank and makes for a device that doesn't need daily charging or juice re-fills.

My dissapointment was palpable after discovering its flaws and then retiring the device to my ''Vape Device Junkyard'. I can't help but think of a number of large corporations who have recently hit the headlines due to some issues or poor technology which demanded a recall. Recently Samsung with their 7 smart phone, Was it Toyota? who recently had to recall some vehicles (airbag issues?). The emmission figures incorrectly claimed by VW another one. Can you imagine the cost of these sort of blunders.

Well lets add Twisp to the pile. They have an obligation to make amends for selling a below par/sub standard VEGA device to their trusting customers. IMO, they should recall every TWISP VEGA device sold and replace it.

Twisps big mistake: Rushing a new product to the market place before its been fully tried and tested and to do so is violating one of the fundamental basics in business which is this: 'If a company thinks its in business of making money and profits, it will soon will fall on its silly little head. And only when a company realises that its in business to serve, only then is its future is garaunteed. Service is the 'magic wand'. How do I know? Well I am a business owner and some 20 odd years ago I decided to change one of the components in my product. Bad bad mistake! I had dissatisfied customers dropping me as a supplier and this little fiasco almost cost me the loss of my company. I had to extricate myself and my company out of this hole, I had to offer my entire customer list free replacement in event of being faulty.

The CEO of TWISP should do one of the following:

1) Resign his post and find another job. The busll**** started under his watch and he never saw the obvious.

2) If he doesnt resign, then fire him. If I was an exec in Twisp, I would call for his nuts!!! He has adequately just proved to everyone that he is ***********.

Twisp, you need to reach out to all your VEGA clients and do what ever it takes to retain their custom. Get that coil redisgned and work your butts off salvage each and every Vega customer. Give them a box of box of replacement coils or whatever. If Twisp is sincere about being a player in the game of vaping, then they have done (IMO), irreparable damage to their reputation for pushing out a faulty and pre-mature product. Another product flaw. Some tech guy you hired thinks he is building software for a suoer computer, FFs its only a vape device for goodness sake. Its completely over compilcated and I'll wager you this, 99% of Vega owners CGAF for your super complicated software. KISS baby: Keep It Simple Stupid. I'd rather try figure out how to fly an Airbus than trying to figure out your software.

This just really cements my point, that Twisp have rushed this product. Ask your CEO if he can figure out how to play with the software? I'll put money on it that he hasn't a clue. Wow, you guys have won the GRAND Prize of 'how to chase your customers away and confuse the living daylights out of them!

In concluding, I really want to imping on you:

1) I will never buy another Twisp device again. 2) I used to be an excellent 'PR' customer for you. I would frequently tell friends and aquintances about how cool Twisps are. Not anymore. I will go out of my way to slay your product, where ever and when ever I can.

3) You have relegated yourselves into 'Junk Company Status Category' and if I could, I'd definately fire the CEO but even more important, I'd scrutinize everyone invloved with the development of the VEGA device because, trust me,there is someone one in your company thats trying to rot Twisp from the inside out and if it where me, I'd be worried, very worried. Now I'm going to spend the rest of my Sunday slaying Twisp on all the social media sites. Good luck, you'll need it.

Your very disapointed, justice seeking and very p...off ex customer.
