Terrible Service Twisp Eastgate and Tyko

I purchased a Twisp Tyko on the 24th of November 2019, since then i have had endless problems. i have been through so many coils i have lost count. It is completely unacceptable that you can make a product that lasts 3 days at time at R60 a shot. Secondly when this issue was raised with your Team at the Eastgate Mall Kiosk namely Siya and Gugu, they make you out to be stupid, that is if they not sitting watching movies on their phones and actually paying some form of attention to you. This is unacceptable on all counts, you cannot expect your customers to corker out thousands for these products and you cant even receive the slightest bit of decency when you have an actual complaint. This is not your first complaint about this device nor will it be your last. Please contact me urgently as i want to know what you as a major brand in South Africa will be doing regarding this fault as well as the arrogant, rude staff members you have working for you.
