Terrible service

<p>This is my second bad review of this company. I received a call from Twisp who tried by all means to convince me that there was no problem with their product but rather how I didn't know how to use it. I went to a Twisp stand to inquire if I'm the only person experiencing problems with the Clearo 2 coils and as I expected I wasn't. Apparently on a weekly basis complaints are received about the terrible quality of the Clearo 2 coils and what was more shocking is that Twisp HQ has been informed of this matter and they simply ignore the matter. What further annoyed me is that Twisp HQ claim that they're not aware of any issues with the coils, it's as if they're burying their heads in the sand hoping the problem will eventually go away. I buy coils everywhere, Engen garages and different Twisp stands so clearly the problem is not in an isolated stand. If you are considering buying a Twisp product please save yourself some money and try another brand!</p>
