Terrible Quality Control - Cue Pods

If you want to charge premium prices for your products, quality shouldn't be too much to ask for. In the last month, more than half of the Cue pods that I have purchased has either leaked out of package or had a severe burnt taste from the 1st pull (similar to your usual last pull when the liquid is finished). No exaggeration, more than half! The irony is, I left for Australia for 6 months, informed Twisp about this issue before my departure, and after returning 6 months later nothing has been done to address this issue. The excuse of the serial numbers starting with alphabetic values instead of numeric values being part of the improved batches is utter nonsense. All the pods that have defected over the last month is "supposedly" part of the improved bathes after the recall. The number of times that I have exchanged a defective pod and exchanged the replacement pod again due to a similar issue is embarrassing for your brand. And the amount of times that I needed to exchange the pod and was refused due to throwing away my slip out of habit had me up in arms countless times (apparently you instructed your employees to demand PoP if the pod is part of the supposed rectified batch). Not even to mention the amount of times that I was too far away to exchange the pod and had to chuck the full pod away. The generic response that I received after emailing you directly was disappointing. No Twisp, this issue has not been rectified as you would like to claim.
