Terrible quality

I have been a loyal Twisp customer for years and have gone through many devices, without complaint. I purchaced a Twisp Aero and he voltage adjuster fell off when I dropped it. The glass cracked after I dropped it again and the coils burnt out within hours (yes, I let them soak properly and inhale without pressing the button). So I recently bought a new one and have taken care of it well. The voltage adjuster fell off in the first two weeks when I was wiping the device clean and the coils last a few days a most (thanks for the free coils but they were utterly useless and burnt out). I am so grateful to the company for allowing me to quit smoking, all I ask is a device that doesn't fall apart so easily and that doesn't force me to fork out hundreds per week for coils- my first twisp coil a few years ago, lasted me over a month! I feel I've wasted thousands on low quality \new designs\" and coils that are useless. When buying coils today I witnessed two customers complaining within the space of 5 minutes! Your customers were happy and I think you guys are letting them down lately! Wespend our hard earned cash to make your living, please give us a reason not to switch brands!"
