TERRIBLE PRODUCT & COMPANY - DISAPPOINTED BEYOND BELIEF

<p>About 2 and a half months ago I purchased the Aero X in order to quit smoking. Not too long after I started using it, I experienced leaking ONLY throught the air vents. I went back to the shop and they showed me how to clean the device everytime I refilled it. I took this information home and did as they said but the leaking continued. I then emailed twisp and explained that I clean my device according to their standards both stated on their website and what was explained to me. I also always lock my device due to it going into my handbag. I also mentioned that before I emailed them i checked to make sure I had all the seals on the device and I changed my coil to make sure. The repsponse was USELESS. It was a list of the things I need to be doing ie cleaning which in my mail I stated I have been doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>After no help from them, I went back to my store and thankfully the staff there are really good because the sales person replaced my device for me. New device in hand, I was happy to give it a go again. BUT you guessed it, leaking constintly. The leaking is so bad, i cant leave my twisp on its side and have to carry it everywhere I go due to leaking in my handbag. I wrap it up in tissues just so my hands dont get sticky.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now besides the above mentioned, there are two main reason why i will not support twisp again or recommend it to anyone I know is:</p> <p>1. YOUR RESPONSE FROM YOUR HEAD OFFICE WAS USELESS AND NOT HELPFUL.</p> <p>2. I PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR A DEVICE THAT LEAKS OUT LIQUID THAT COST R170!!!!! DISGUSTING THAT TWISP SEEMS TO FIND THAT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Do you not realise I might be one person but I form part of your target market. I might be just one of the few who are complaining but think about how many who couldn't be bothered to complain to you directly and just move onto another brand?</p> <p> </p> <p>WORD OF MOUTH - thats where majority of the negative feedback goes. Unfortunately for you, its very difficult to change the mind of a consumer. By providing products like you are, you are creating the identity that your product is high monetary value for low quality product. </p>
