Terrible customer service, and bad products
<p> A week ago I bought the new EDGE X Twisp device because of this great new battery, but what a upset. My battery doesn't last 2 hours and I am not willing to give it in for 24 hours and start smoking cigarettes again. Twisp overcharges us for terrible products and we still pay. Guys wake up there are a lot of options open! This product is no smoking alternative because it is full of problems, and they really don't care. You're warranty on this device is basically non existant </p>

All our devices come with a 6 month Warranty. This means that we are here to help you. We will need to assess the problem, which can be done at any one of our stores.
For us to be able to assess battery life, the battery will need to be tested. If any fault is found, you will be given a replacement part.
