Sub-standard products
I purchased a mini Vega about a year ago. Initially the coils would last me 7-10 days, however, of the last 4 boxes i have purchased 7 of the 12 coils have lasted 1 day or less and 2 coils have lasted for 3 days, why are they burning out so quickly now?? I have been to your kiosk at Bedfordview and they always ask if I have primed the coil properly before I use a new one. I am doing the same as I was shown when I purchased the product as I'm doing now. The only conclusion that I can come to is that the quality of the coils is now sub-standard or the quality control is not what it used to be.
