STILL NO JOY FROM TWISP

Recently I posted a complaint on HelloPeter with regard to the Twisp products:<br> <br> http://hellopeter.com/twisp-the-smoking-alternative/complaints/twisp-does-not-honour-their-warranty-***<br> <br> After getting no joy I posted this:<br> <br> As a result of this Twisp replaced both my faulty batteries. I am disgusted to now report that the one replacement battery has completely stopped functioning despite the fact that it is fully charged.<br> <br> It is obvious that their product is terrible quality.<br> <br> As a result we visited a shop in China Mall, where we paid next to nothing for batteries and they seem to not only function better that the Twisp batteries but also seem to last longer.<br> <br> My personal opinion is that Twisp should withdraw from the market or get their products sorted out. Currently it is just one huge rip-off.<br> <br> Subsequently someone phoned me and said he would contact me the following week to arrange for a replacement as the Clearwater kiosk. I AM STILL WAITING FOR HIS CALL.<br> <br> Problem is the other battery also packed up now and I have no evidence of the replacement just some 3 months ago. Where does that leave me??????
