STILL AWAITING REFUND
I returned a Twispology pack on the 25 January 2015 as the person i bought it for gave up smoking completely. I paid R799.95 i received a refund for R499.95, i have been trying since then to get the balance of R300.00. I have delt with Nasrin, Roger and Anele, they refuse to give me Robert the regional managers telephone number. I have phoned once again today and awaiting for Robert to contact me.
