Staff who are unaware of the products they are selling

Twisp to me is the King of e-cigs/Vapes and Pavillion used to me my go to place for any and all problems as they had a guy, Vibhav who was amazing at his job and always used to assist me with any and all problems faced. Recently I heard he go another job not the staff which are there are clueless to help with certain problems as some of them dont use the products themselves and are unable to assist. Just the other day I went there with a problem with my Mod and to get some advise on sorting the problem. The lady at Twisp, just used my device at 5W(I usually use at 85/90W) and said theres nothing wrong with my device but if i feel its a problem i should buy another one. Thats madness, outraged i went home and researched the problem and solved it myself while saving R1200 Twisp needs to get Staff which use the device and know how to troubleshoot else unknown new smokers would be constantly be wasting money and eventually switch back to cigarettes since its cheaper
