Sold me a returned reject

<p>I have had nothing but problems with my Twisp edge since I bought it. 2 batteries and 3 bases later I decided to give the Aero x a chance, as I was told by the Twisp salesman that the aero is much better, and the edge is actually *******. Be that as it may, I purchased the Aero X and was quite excited. But when I got home and opened it I was very disappointed to find that there were not only missing parts inside the box, but the device itself had been scratched all over. I am so over having bad experiences every single time I have to deal with this barbaric company. The new devices don't even work properly so what am I going to do with a second hand one that they are trying to pawn off onto me</p>
