since previous hello peter 12 feb still not sorted

Good day head office phoned me to tell me to go to Centurion and they would mail them to swop the battery when I went there no batteries in stock. Its been since Feb still no stock and also refused to swop the battery and the consultant was not aware of anything from head office after I was called to change this since 12 feb. The lady borrowed us a battery but still no stock not aware to swop the battery nothing.
