SHOCKING SERVICE - NO RESPONSE

STILL NO FEEDBACK ON MY COMPLAINT - We have had 3 bottels of twisp liquid leak out. Dry cleaning bills and garment replacements! Every time we phone customer care they say go to the kiosk for replacement bottles. When we get to a kiosk, they say they cannot assist. We have spent so much time and money driving up and down and get no where. Service is awful and product packaging is faulty. Very sad to be a client for so many years and get treated the way we do.

Seems like your problems will not be resolved with Twisp!
