Rude service from Twisp Boardwalk Mall

To whom this may concern,

I just want to express my feelings on a bad service I received in one of your Twisp kiosk, Boardwalk Inkwazi Mall, Richardsbay.

I went to your kiosk to buy a vapour juice, the lady who was assisting she was so rude that as soon as she was done with my transaction she just stood beside the till and fold her arms. I ask her if she's okay and responded in a very rude tone forgetting that I am a customer and I've just used my money to buy from her.

I then reported her to a colleague on how rude his colleague is and that I wanted my money which I couldn't get it back because I used a debit card.
