<p>Bought a Twisp Edge two weeks ago. And Already it broken. Went back to the kiosk at Mall of Africa and told the guy my Edge was broken. Before I could tell him what was wrong or even show him he told me how it was broken. Obviously a design fault but he blamed me for dropping it, which I did not. So I seems I have to buy replacements for it.</p> <p>I should have done my research before buying a Twisp as i only now found out what a bad product it is, and that there are cheaper and much more reliable products out there.</p> <p>Also the coil replacements is ludicrous. After nurturing them to try and extend their life, I can only get a week before it needs replacing. Try and find a coil at their partner suppliers is also a nightmare, they never have stock.</p>

Don't bother, I have sworn off Twisp. I would rather go for a internationally credible company with a good track record rather than a brand that is only know in South Africa and with a rather bad reputation here too.
What I want is to warn others that their are better options out there.
