<p>I bought a couple of Twisp Vega devices a few months ago. They operate at 35 watts maximum, the firing button is flimsy and sticks, the atomizer leaks fluid and the liquid goes a horrible dark tar colour. So they work but not an overly pleasant device to use. </p> <p> </p> <p>I then hen went to the Vape Shop and bought the Wismec Predator 228 devices and Smok TVF12 atomizer. Not only were they cheaper than the Twisp the materials and quality are infinitely better than the Twisp devices! Goes up to 228 watts (no-one is likely to want this power but I generally use at 50 watts, the atomizer never leaks, is far easier to fill, the liquid stays a golden transparent colour and the firing button is fantastic. All this for LESS than the cost of the Vega! </p> <p> </p> <p>The Vega works ok but is horrifically over priced. When comparing to Wismec or Smok devices etc the quality is not half as good. I reckon the Twisp devices are double the price they should be. I would urge anyone considering vaping to look at these other devices than just settling for the Twisp as they have such a high profile in SA. You will be over paying for a very mediocre device. </p>
