refuse to replace ******* product

purchased a twisp edge gold device on the 29th of December , after the salesman took everything apart and put it back , in this week i wanted to change the battery and it wouldnt come of, took it back to the store and the they phone me after assessment to say i stripped it , i have been using twisp for 2 years now and with the old one i had to remove battery to charge it , i surely do know about finger tight , i didnt even remove this ones battery<br> <br> shame on you for blaming customers on your cheap workmanship !
