Refund without question

Yesterday I did an online purchase of a new battery including liquid. After giving it some thought I realized I had purchased the wrong battery but was not willing to buy the correct one that would cost double the price of the other one. I immediately contacted their support line and a little while ago, I received confirmation that the purchase was canceled and the refund would be done within the next 3 - 5 days. Exceptional, there were no questions asked - it was plain and simple.
