Redeeming themselves!

I recently started using this electronic cigarette, the Twisp clearo. The first time I bought everything I went to Woodlands boulevard, and my husband and I got extremely well service from Robert. I had a bit of problems and went there again recently, Robert was not there, and I had a bit of a hick-up with the ladies working there, which was really bad because I got such incredible service the first time. I sent a complaint to Twisp, I got feedback just after I had sent it, and I even got a call from the area manager Robert. He told me that if I need anything I should phone him, and let him know if I am going to the Kiosk so he can be there to help me. I went there yesterday and I got exceptional service from his Kiosk, he said that the problem was taken care of, and I could tell that it really was...<br> I am really impressed with Twisp all over again, and I am happy to say that they redeemed themselves. Robert went the extra mile, and that is what makes service good. <br> I can point anyone in that direction any time. I have to add that I never believed in the Electronic cigarettes, I have now stopped smoking for almost a month and two weeks, just Twisping all the way.<br> Thank you!
