Product has become inferior

The new coils from Twisp have become inferior and I'm very unhappy after being a loyal customer and bringing friends to the brand I feel cheated and ********** . Bought a patch of new coils and used the first one only lasted a few days , thought ok I must have done something wrong so I replaced it with a new one this one lasted for one day. Very unhappy ?
