Product Expectation not Met

My product is was meant to cut down my cigarette intake consumption however over the pass month few months, I have been smoking more cigarettes which shows no justification for having this product. The consultant stated that it works over time and gives the user an equivalent, healthier alternative to normal smoking. My battery does not last and the atomiser/ coils lose the kick after 2 days. I was then told by a consulant to block the airvents which actually mess up he atomiser/ coil after continous use. I am now smoking more cigarettes due to this expectation not being met. You product is good but cannot sustain itself when it comes to the battery life and the strength issue. I normally request for my staff to buy product while they on the road and have been doing so thinking that it will work over time but to date.... it is always too light.. no matter the flavour....I have now contacted your branch in Cape Town twice whereby someone stated that they will have someone call me back or email me.... nothing has been sorted or communicated to me up to now...
