Product disappointment
I have been a twisp customer for 11 months.. spend roughly R1500 on twisp products each month and i am extremely dissatisfied with twisp..
I used the ion until it was discontinued ( without prior notice ) and had to spend over R2000 for 2 new devices and coils when the tyko was released.. i understand that they want to bring in new products but how can you remove a device that worked and not even keep parts for customers who can't spend that kind of money over December..
How can twisp then again sell oils like the arctic pineapple that is so thick it doesn't allow the bubbles to release inside the atomizer and eventually burn your throat? And now they refuse to exhange their **** for something that actually works like the desert oils i have used before?
I spent R400 on a pack of coils and the oil and went through 2 atomizers in 4 days.. really making good money for selling things that work.. never have i complained or written a bad reveiw so i am not someone who likes to take chances but still i am seen as that..
I will not recommend this product to anyone and suggest a better alternative than twisp.. can not allow R400 to be wasted.. i even made a video on how thick their oils is.

Our orange by Twisp liquids are made to be used in our orange by Twisp devices as they are HP (High Performance) devices as they heat up much faster then our ATS (Alternative To Smoking) devices because of the battery power and the higher wattage. The liquid ratio of the Arctic Pineapple is 70VG/30PG. Vegetable Glycerin (VG) : more vapor, less throat hit. VG e-liquid is thick and a little sweet, Propylene Glycol (PG) : better throat hit and flavor.
Can you kindly let us know what coil you are using in your Twisp Tyko device 1.2Ohm or the 0.5Ohm so that we can investigate further into your query.
