POOR SERVICE

I purchased a twisp cue on the 26th November, they had a Black Friday special that when you refer a friend he receives 50% discount on his Cue and me who referred him 4 Flavour pods. So after buying mine I send my code to my friend and he went to the twisp shop in Cradlestone mall (Krugersdorp) the lady said that it is not how it works and he ended up paying full price and it does not count as a referral for me?

I went back to the shop where I purchased mine and they said the lady should have helped him and informed him how to use my code on the app.
