Poor customer service twisp gateway
I went to twisp (electric cigarette store) in gateway on Saturday 6 April between 1130 and 12.
I purchased 2 liquids and a device. The girl behind the counter was terribly rude and it's not even like I was a difficult client and too boot my purchase was over a grand.
It was like I was taking up her leisure time.
I didn't say anything to this girl and it left a bad taste in my mouth after I left. I can understand if staff is rude to a difficult client but this was not that at all. This employee needs some training in manners and needs some sort of sales training.
I will not buy anything from this branch again and I expect some sort of notification of what's being done.
