Poor Customer Service
<p>@Twisp_SA - Cracked tank after 3months.....twisp compares it to buying a cellphone, sure a cellphone is more durable -bad customer service. Customer Service at Forest hill City really poor, left a message for the manager to call me back more that a week ago and have still not received a response.</p> <p>Warranty on the product means nothing!!!</p> <p> </p>

We will be sure to get an agent to contact you! All our devices, most certainly come with a 6 month manufacturing warranty, but this would not cover physical damage. That said we would still like to assist as best we can!
