#Poor craftmanship

Bought a solo at the galleria outlet, device is a month old and I had to replace the atomizer and battery. The solo had a leak and the battery would not switch off. Judging from the comments I see a lot of bad responses to this product, what is Twisp sa doing about it? I am not a smoker and can count the number of times i used the device, what happens after the 6mnth guarantee am i going to have to fork out money to fix the thing. If anyone from Twisp Sa is willing to assist, I would like a full refund for this poorly crafted product. 'Meticulous attention to detail' as quoted by your Facebook page......I think not!!!! I cant even rate this product. I am livid!!!
