Point sistem

Twisp have a system when you buy oils you accumalte points that result free oils, it has been months now that they busy upgrading their system and no points reflecs on your account. The sales people say they send mails and do anything in their power to get this solved but nobody ever get back to me and explain on what is happening<br> It this not false advertising?? I am so tired of the same story over and over if you go to their outlets they all blame head office for not sorting this out.
