Please help

Good day<br> <br> I had it now with twisp bought a edge a while back and problem after problem. First it was getting hot then leaks then I changed it then the battery did not connect.<br> Now again all the same leaked, warms up don't smoke and did not connect that you had to turn it so tight to work. Only way to get it working that it was so tight that I had to use something to get it loos and now my battery got damaged just to get the twisp working. Please help me Been a customer for a few years but this is just not fun anymore I cant smoke and due to get this twisp working ive bend my battery as I had to use something to un***** it???
