pathetic service on a leaking device

I have the twisp Aero.. its been leaking from the second day I purchased it.. I have made special trips to the stores to return it and instead the regional manager insisted I change the atomiser free of charge. I then further met him in person at the musgrave branch and he says that he can refund me but I will have to pay for a lithium battery usage of R450.. this is absolutely stinkingly ridiculous as all my bedding, handbags n many clothing items are damaged and I still have to pay them inorder for me to get my refund.. this is *******! I will never recommend twisp to another person ever and I have been a loyal customer for 3 years!
