Pathetic Service
On the 06-04 I visited the Twisp at Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti. I purchased the 20ml refill & gave my phone to the salesperson to scan. I was also due for a free refill (7th one). Once the transaction went through she handed me the phone & I checked if the app was scanned. Only then did she mention there is a problem with the app, she said nothing about it before the purchase. Ever since then I cannot open the app. My question is, why was the app working fine before it was handed to her & stopped working when I was due for a free refill?
