Pathetic devices and service

I bought a device that was faulty, and the next day I went to return it. They refused to give me a refund, and told me to buy a more expensive device. After a big struggle they agreed to refund me. Weeks later they refunded me 32% less than what I paid for the device. Faulty, below standard devices and pathetic service. Would not recommend Twisp to anyone. If I could give them NO stars it would still be too many.
